You are eligible to register as a delegate from a low or lower-middle-income country if you currently live or work in a low or lower-middle-income economies as recognized by the World Bank (click here to see the list). In order to receive the registration rate for low- or lower-middle-income countries, you need to provide us with proof of your nationality. Please upload a copy of your ID (showing photo, name, and nationality) upon registration.

^b Students need to provide a valid student ID card and a current transcript indicating full-time status. The transcript must match the information on the ID card.

Additional Tickets

Gala Dinner and FANS 50th Anniversary Celebration: $50, September 14th, 2023

Educational Tour: $100, September 18th, 2023

Please note：Tickets to the Gala dinner and the Educational tours are not included in the conference registration fee and are only available for registered conference attendees. Attendance is by pre-purchased tickets during registration process and tickets are not available onsite.

• Online PayPal option is available once you proceed to payment at your personal center.
• Bank Transfer: banking details will be provided on the invoice. Please email registration@acn2023.org to request an invoice if needed.

Registration cancellation/refund policies

All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted via email to registration@acn2023.org.

After 11:59 PM China Standard Time (UTC+8) on May 1st 2023, registration fees are non-refundable.

No-shows (registrants who do not attend) will not receive refunds.

All attempts will be made to process refunds within 60 days of cancellation. All refunds will be issued back to the original payment type.
